Last Week 4-1 Yearly Record 37-20-1
Last Year Weekly Record 12-6-3, Overall Record 72-50-3
Mr. Over/Under: Tennessee/Indianapolis Over 43.5
In the NFL, while Arizona has only won 3 games, they’ve covered the spread 7 times, and are facing a Rams team that was humiliated on Monday night. Twice this year Arizona has been a 3-point underdog, and they won both times.
Here’s another interesting fact…..both the Bills and the Patriots, with total points scored, are 3-8 with the O/U. And the O/U this week for the Bill’s game is the highest of the year at 45.
But Tennessee is on a roll, going over the total five consecutive weeks, averaging almost 30 points a game. Since they’re playing the Colts indoors, I expect enough scoring for the O/U of 43.5 to go over.
Man in Stripes: Alabama -3.5 over Auburn
In simple terms this is that last shot for Alabama to impress the playoff committee, they stand 5th currently, and they still need a couple of things to go their way, but Oregon losing to ASU helped.. They need a clean, convincing victory , and will have the pedal to the medal for 60 minutes.. No letdowns late in the game, every score is important.. Even with Tua Tagovailoa out for the season, Mac Jones has been impressive in his 2 starts.. The Tigers are really not playing for anything here, the number is too small here.. The Tide wins this by double digits and then hopes for LSU, Clemson, and Ohio St to win out!!! BAMA -3.5.. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
Mono: Bills +7 over Dallas
Dallas is coming home pissed off and rightfully so. Buffalo finally gets a prime time game to show the league they are for real. So far this year the Bills have been the quietest 8-3 team I have ever seen. Nobody talks about them. Nobody play highlights of their games. You can’t ignore a win like this. Buffalo is 4-0-1 ATS on the road this year. Dallas has yet to beat a team with a winning record. I believe the Bills defense answers the bell against a good Dallas offense. Get ready for Josh Allen eating a turkey leg around 7:30pm.
Brutal: Oregon State +19 ½ over Oregon
The game called the Civil War. This is too many points for this rivalry. Oregon was outplayed badly for three and a half quarters last week in Arizona State. They have to be devastated for losing out on the playoff. After you blow a game like that it’s hard to get up the week following. Oregon State QB Jake Luton stats are very similar to Herbert’s stats at Oregon. Oregon State can score. They have scored over 28 points seven times this year. Oregon State needs this game for bowl eligibility.
Bob Gaughan: Navy -8 over Houston
Houston broke a losing streak last week in Tulsa but that was a deceiving final. The Cougars were outgained by over 150 yards in the game. This is a Houston team that many think, quit on the season since their star QB decided to redshirt. You need to be all in when playing the option and I question if this team is all in. Navy on the other hand has only lost two games. Those games were to very good teams in Notre Dame and Memphis. Navy handled a very good SMU team last week. By the way this is the same Houston team that last year in a bowl game gave up 70 points to Army.
