Weekly Record 7-5-2, Overall Record 47-34-2

MR. OVER/UNDER: Cleveland/Denver Under 45.5

Cincinnati hasn’t won a game since their bye week, yet their favored. Buffalo lost the only time they were favored this year, yet they’re favored again.  Dallas is on a roll, yet they’re an underdog this week. Welcome to week 15 of the NFL. Although scoring is up this year, only 7 games went over last week and only 5 went over the previous week. Denver has only gone over three times this season. They’re hosting a Cleveland team that has a decent defense, as does Denver. I like the under 45.5.

Man in Stripes: Houston -6.5 over Jets

We will try again with the fading Jets.  The Bills gift-wrapped them the game last week. They will have no such luck this week vs the Texans.  The Texans are playing not only for the AFC South but the #2 seed and a first round bye. Texans are coming off a home loss to the Colts breaking their nine game losing streak.  The three-headed monster of Watson, Hopkins and Miller should have a field day by the Jets defense that is 27th vs the run. Jets leading rusher Crowell and leading receiver Enunwa are out.  The Jets should get little vs the Texans top 5 defense.

Mono:  New England/ Pittsburgh Over 52

Both teams come in needing a win.  New England blew a game last week in Miami and Pittsburgh blew a game in Oakland.  Both defenses are very below average. I expect this to be a classic shootout with Brady coming out with the upper hand.  Expect Brady to put up 30 at least. Take the Over.

Slick: Bengals -2.5 over Raiders

I think the Raiders win last week was a fluke.  Now they travel cross-country to play Cincy. The Bengals aren’t good this year but I feel here this is a game they should win.  Laying under three with the better team at home.  Public seems to be loving the Raiders all of a sudden after betting against them for 10 weeks. Seems weird to me.  Bengals should win by 10-14.

Mr. Brutal: Utah State -7 over North Texas

Utah State lost their coach.  Matt Wells is going to Texas Tech.  They have a interim coach that everyone likes.  Gary Anderson is coming coach.  Anderson went to Wisconsin but now is coming back.  Everyone is excited. Utah State went 10-2, with only loses to Michigan State by 7 and to Boise State.  Both of those team were ranked.  Aggies offense is awesome and scores fast.  Utah State scored over 55 points six times.  The defense for Utah State led the NCAA in turnovers.  Utah State only gave up nine sacks on the year.  Their offensive has two NFL prospects.

Bob Gaughan:  Eastern Michigan +3 over Georgia Southern

In my eyes the better team is getting points.  Eastern Michigan played the tougher schedule.  They have the best win of either team in Purdue.  Eastern Michigan losses to Army, UB, San Diego State and Northern Illinois aren’t bad losses.  Eastern Michigan played Army which has the best option offense in college football.  The strength of EMU is a good defense and a very good defensive line leads that defense.  The MAC is a better conference than the Sun Belt.  I’ll take the points in a game that I feel Eastern can easily win outright.
