Most leagues have their championship game this week. THE GAME. If you made it to your league championship you know that this week your lineup needs to scream “VICTORY!” Never has the time been more important than it is right now to make all the right moves and nail your roster.

No team has clinched home-field advantage for the playoffs yet, so expect the Patriots, Steelers, Eagles and Vikings to their starters and play hard this week. Philadelphia is the only team to have clinched their division title AND a first-round BYE, but home-field advantage will keep them eager to win this week. This is the last week you can count on key fantasy players for the entirety of the game, or close to it. Depending on how this week’s games shake out, next week will set up some teams to be able to sit their stars to prepare for the playoffs. This is why this is the final week for MOST leagues – more on my disdain for fantasy leagues who play through the final week of the NFL season next week.
