Bills -3 over Miami
Miami has played two very good games in a row. Miami off their best game of the year Monday night against New England. Bills won for us last week on a late phone play under against Indianapolis. Tyrod Taylor should return and we like the Bills to win at home by double digits.

New England -3 over Pittsburgh
New England playing their 5th road game in their last 6 starts. They played horrible against Miami on Monday night. Pittsburgh beat Baltimore but they didn’t play well. Pitt needed 10 points in the last 3:29 seconds to beat Baltimore. Pats will take a step forward in their claim the number one seed in the AFC.

Our Man in Stripes
Minnesota -10 over Cincinnati
Vikes first home game in a month. Minnesota is playing for division title and first round bye. The Vikes offensive line is getting healthier. The Bengals are toast. Horrible effort last week. Marvin Lewis is done and this team looks like it is sleepwalking through the rest of the season. Bengals have a ton of injuries.

Troy -6.5 over North Texas
Troy had a great year. They returned 14 starters and had a 10-2 record. Troy pulled off a huge upset over LSU. Both of these teams can score. The difference in this game is Troy has a defense. I give the Trojans the big edge on the defense side of the ball. I expect a nice crowd to travel to New Orleans from Alabama for Troy.

Bills -3 over Miami
I think Miami is in for a huge letdown after their Monday night performance against New England. Cutler has proven to be inconsistent. The strength of the Bills defense is their secondary. McCoy heated up last week against Indianapolis and I expect him to have another big game.

Troy -6.5 over North Texas- We Double down as Mono likes this too.
North Texas has a hang over after losing to Florida Atlantic in the conference final. North Texas didn’t look good at all. Troy will play hard for their conference. The Sun Belt not thought of as highly as Conference USA. North Texas defense can’t shine Troy’s shoes. North Texas is one dimensional because their RB is injured and out for this game.

New Orleans -15 over Jets
I heard two separate beat reporters say in the pre-season that Josh McCown can’t get injured. The Jets back-up QB’s are horrible. The Jets had 6 first downs last week against the Broncos. New Orleans has a much-improved defense. The Saints need this game to pull further ahead in the NFL South. Alvin Kamara looks like he will be healthy and will go. Saints comes in with a bad mood after a loss to Atlanta.
