Notre Dame -4 over USC
Notre Dame’s only loss looks good now because it was by one point to Georgia. Notre Dame since the loss has covered the spread by an average of 14 points. USC offense has allowed 22 sacks this year and as a result, Sam Darnold’s numbers are down.

Penn State -9.5 over Michigan
This is a revenge game for a Penn State team that lost 49-10 to Michigan last year. Since that loss, Penn State is 15-1 out right and 14-2 against the spread. Michigan’s offense is horrible. Slight lean to PSU.

Bills -3 over TB
Buffalo is 8-4 against the spread off of a bye. TB trailed 31-0 last week to Arizona before making a comeback to make it look close. Not sure of the TB QB, but either way go with the Bills.

New Orleans -6 over Green Bay
Brett Hundley looked bad replacing Aaron Rodgers last week. First start for GB against a New Orleans team that has been rolling last few weeks.

Panel Picks

Our Man in Stripes
Arizona +3.5 over LA Rams
Rams were under-valued to start the season, but now Stripes thinks they’re over-valued. Arizona looks much better with Adrian Peterson at RB. Carson Palmer looks better the last few weeks too.

Oklahoma State -7 over Texas
Oklahoma State offense rolled last week over Baylor. The set a team record with 747 yards. Always like betting against Texas after the Red River Rivalry. That game is so emotional you usually see the Longhorns and Sooners struggle the following week.

Atlanta +3.5 over New England
Sees an over reaction to the Falcons loss last week to the Dolphins. Atlanta should have had the game. Sees Ryan and Julio Jones exploiting a horrible secondary of the Pats. Pats defense has yet to improve.

South Florida -11 over Tulane
Longest win streak in the country is with the Bulls and 11 games. Charlie Strong has USF rolling on offense and defense. People forget what a good job he did at Louisville before going to Texas. USF has too much speed for Tulane.

Central Florida -7 over Navy
Don’t like betting against Navy, but will do it this week because Scott Frost is the coach of Central Florida. The former option QB and Heisman winner has put on the pads and played QB in practice this week to prepare UCF for the game. Last week Navy lost to Memphis by 3. This is the same Memphis team UCF beat by 27. Navy is 5-1 but has played a weak schedule.
