Last Year Weekly Record 12-6-3, Overall Record 72-50-3

Mr. Over/Under:

Tampa/New Orleans Over 47

Last week the favorites only won 6 games and the home team won only 3. Basically last week was the big upset week that usually happens in week 3 or 4 in the NFL every year.
I like the Bills getting points this week, as they are 3-1 against the spread so far this year. However I’m looking at the New Orleans/Tampa game. It seems every other week New Orleans scores at least 30 points. Tampa has yet to score less than 17 points in any this year. The O/U is 47. I expect New Orleans to get back to its higher scoring ways and Tampa to give them a fight. So let’s go with the over.

Man in Stripes

Bills/Titans Under 39

Normally I’m not an under guy. But this is screaming to me. These two teams are a combined 7-1 under this year. Both defenses are top 10 and both offenses are towards the bottom of the league. Bills QB still up in the air. Could be rain in Nashville on Sunday too. Get the number early because it is only going down. Take the under and count the punts.

SMU -13 over Tulsa

SMU has embarrassed teams this year with their version of the air raid. They finally get home and they get a Tulsa team that has trouble scoring points against bad teams. SMU is finally ranked and has the spotlight on them. They respond by putting up 50+ in this one.

Toledo -1.5 over Western Michigan

Toledo has played a much tougher schedule. Toledo beat BYU last week. Toledo’s only loss was at Kentucky. Rockets have a great running game. Western Michigan hasn’t beaten anyone good. They lost their two tough games against Syracuse and Michigan State. I like Toledo at home only giving a point and a half. This is the home opener for the Rockets.

Iowa State -4 over TCU

I took Iowa State to win the Big 12 this year. The bet doesn’t look great after last week’s Baylor loss, but I like them a ton. They could be undefeated. They’ve lost two close games by a combined three points. Cyclones Brock Purdy is a good college quarterback. TCU has a young QB going on the road in a tough environment. Cyclones have played the much tougher schedule. I thought this line would be closer to a touchdown.
