Last Week 2-3 Yearly Record 19-13-1
Last Year Weekly Record 12-6-3, Overall Record 72-50-3

Mr. Over/Under: Seattle -6 over Atlanta

Weather can certainly change the way a game is played, as was shown last
week when the Rams beat Washington 9-0 in a torrential downpour. So beware
of the weather for the Bill’s game this weekend, because as of this writing, it
looks like rain, which could make it a good under bet.
However I’m going indoors this week as Seattle travels to Atlanta. The Falcons
are 1-6 against the spread this year. They have not scored well against good
defenses, as evidenced last week against the Rams. I am always cautious about
West coast teams playing 1 o’clock games in the East, but Seattle has yet to
loose on the road this year, and the visitors have won 16 more games than the
home teams.

Man in Stripes: Seattle -6 @  Atlanta

Less than 2 years ago, the Falcons were up 22 points in the second half of the
Super Bowl, blew the game to the Pats, and it has ALL DOWN HILL SINCE!!!
They are in complete free fall, 1-6, a coach in Dan Quinn, who is dead man
walking. This week they traded Mohamed Sanu, and are looking to deal more
players. Throw in quarterback, Matt Ryan  who is questionable, and this season
cant end soon enough. 5 losses in a row, 3 by 20 points or more.. Seahawks
coming in angry after a poor performance at home vs. Ravens, Russell Wilson
will have his way against a team that has quit on the season, and I don’t have to
give a TD.. Give me the Seahawks -6

Mono: Army -9 Over San Jose State.

Army for the past few weeks has looked nothing like the team that almost beat Michigan.
This is a perfect bounce back for them. San Jose state has been at the bottom of the FBS
since they’ve joined. They historically have a very tough time defending the triple option.
This is a great spot for army to get back on track and gain some confidence heading into
the last stretch of the season. -9 is a gift. Jump on it before it rises to 10 or 11.

Brutal: Oklahoma State @ #23 IOWA STATE  Over er 62

Last three games ( all wins ), the Cyclones have averaged 34 points a game
against TCU, West Virginia & Texas Tech.
– The Cowboys of Oklahoma State have a far worse defense than all of them,
they can't tackle a corpse or break open a paper-mâché pinata, but their offense
can score!
– QB Brock Purdy of Iowa State is having a career year as is RB Chuba Hubbard
of Oklahoma State.
– Perfect weather, little wind projected for game time, so the elements are in our
favor for a typical Big 12 shootout.

Bob Gaughan: San Francisco and Carolina Under 42

Two great defenses hook up for this battle. Forty Niners are for real and it’s because
they have one of the best defenses in the NFL. Carolina is playing much better now
that Cam Newton is no longer their QB. Luke Keuchly and the boys have a real
chance to win this outright. I see a defensive battle with a lot of punts.
